A PANEL OF JUDGES WILL EVALUATE THE TEAMS.
SCORES WILL BE TOTALED TO DETERMINE TEAM
PLACES AND WINNERS.
ALL RIFLE BUTTS MUST BE PADDED.
ALL MANDATORY MOVEMENTS FOR REGULATION DRILL
MUST BE IN SEQUENCE.
NO CUE CARDS, FLASH CARDS, CADENCE, ETC.
ALL REGULATION DRILL ROUTINES MUST BE DONE
