Dear Parents,
We would like to extend an invitation to all parents and students enrolled in JROTC. We will be holding a parents meeting on Thursday the 1st of October 2009 at 5:30 PM in the JROTC room, the meeting should only last about 45 minutes. Our meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of every month during the school year.
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

a) Discuss and plan upcoming events for the next 60 days.
b) Discuss Drill and Raider meets for the next 2 months.
c) We need Healthy snacks and Bottled Water for the students. PLEASE HELP!!
d) We really need parents to attend this meeting if possible. Please support us by coming this Thursday the 1st of October.
e) List of parents who can volunteer at meets. We need help with the following events. Please call LTC McGlamry or 1SG Braccio to discuss.
